Salary: $76,048.18 - $119,173.77 + Super + Salary Packaging

About the Role
  • Provide pharmaceutical care to patients including drug dispensing, distribution and medication counselling.
  • Deliver accurate and timely drug information to patients and staff to support safe and effective medication use.
  • Rotational role offering diverse experience and exposure across a wide range of specialties.
  • Collaborate with our friendly and supportive pharmacy team to ensure high standards of patient care.
  • Participate in core departmental operations with a focus on safety, quality and wellbeing of patients.
  • Engage in orientation and structured training programs, with ongoing support to develop skills in clinical pharmacy, dispensing, and drug information.
About You
  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Pharmacist, with no restrictions on scope of practice.
  • Demonstrated competence in clinical drug knowledge and commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Ability to participate in weekend and on-call rosters as required.
  • Understanding of formulary management principles and the practical application of formulary decisions within a hospital setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Well-developed organisational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
