Base pay range

$134,500.00/yr - $200,279.00/yr

Expression of Interest

We're seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Engineers to support the delivery of advanced defence technology solutions. We are currently planning to engage in new projects that will require additional talent to help.

Your New Role And Responsibilities

The ILS Engineer is responsible for planning and delivering the logistics support framework that ensures complex systems are operationally available, maintainable, and cost-effective throughout their lifecycle. You'll work closely with engineering, sustainment, and stakeholder teams to embed supportability into system design from the outset.

Under The Direction Of a Designated Team Leader, Our Team Performs The Following Functions As Individual Assignments Or As Part Of a Team
  • Develop and maintain ILS documentation, including Supportability Analysis, Logistics Support Analysis (LSA), and Maintenance Plans.
  • Conduct Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) analysis and Life Cycle Costing (LCC).
  • Define and manage provisioning, spares, and technical data requirements.
  • Support codification, configuration management, and obsolescence planning.
  • Collaborate with Systems Engineers and OEMs to integrate supportability into system design.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure compliance with sustainment frameworks and standards.
  • Contribute to ILS workshops, reviews, and assurance activities.

What You'll Bring To Make An Impact
  • Qualifications in Logistics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in ILS or sustainment projects within the Defence, Aerospace, or Government sectors.
  • Familiarity with logistics standards.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and manage competing priorities.
