Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Roofing Foreman located in the Greater Sydney Area. The Roofing Foreman will be responsible for supervising roofing projects, coordinating with team members, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and managing the use of heavy equipment. Daily tasks include overseeing roof projects, material measurements, supervision of on site employees and ensuring that all project specifications and deadlines are met efficiently.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills: Ability to effectively lead and manage a team
• Heavy Equipment: Proficiency in operating and maintaining heavy roofing equipment
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in reading plans
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions
• Relevant trade certifications and licenses are advantageous
