About UsEastbound Digital is a high-growth digital agency specialising in websites, sales funnels, paid advertising, and AI-driven lead generation systems for service-based businesses. Our mission is to help clients consistently generate high-quality leads and scale their businesses — without relying on word of mouth.
We're now looking for a Client Success Manager to lead the success of our advertising clients. This is a strategic role focused on ensuring campaigns deliver results, client goals are met, and relationships thrive long-term.
The RoleThe Client Success Manager will act as the strategic lead across our advertising department. You'll oversee client accounts, review campaign performance, and work with our media buyers to optimise results.
This role goes beyond client communication — it's about owning client outcomes, spotting opportunities to improve campaigns, and ensuring Eastbound delivers on its promise of growth.
Key Responsibilities- Client Strategy & Outcomes
- Own the success of assigned accounts, ensuring clients consistently hit lead generation and ROI goals.
- Translate client objectives into clear marketing strategies and ensure they are executed effectively.
- Proactively identify opportunities for campaign optimisation and growth.
- Advertising Oversight
- Oversee the performance of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and remarketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with media buyers to review data, improve targeting, and refine messaging.
- Ensure campaigns align with client goals and funnel strategy.
- Client Communication & Retention
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building trust through proactive updates and transparency.
- Run regular strategy calls, reporting sessions, and quarterly reviews with clients.
- Anticipate client concerns and resolve issues before they become problems.
- Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with the Operations Manager and delivery team to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Provide feedback and insights to the creative, copy, and ad teams to drive stronger results.
- Help shape the growth of our advertising department with best practices and scalable systems.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing (agency background preferred).
- Deep understanding of paid advertising strategy (Google Ads, Meta Ads essential).
- Strong grasp of sales funnels, CRO, and lead generation principles.
- Excellent communicator who can explain data and strategy clearly to clients.
- Confident in reviewing campaign metrics and advising on next steps.
- Relationship-driven — you care about client success as much as results.
- Organised and proactive — you spot problems early and fix them quickly.
