We are seeking applications for a Senior Automation Technician to join our Service team in Darwin. The role involves delivering excellent outcomes to clients and providing peace of mind through 24/7 rapid response support for critical industrial automation and control technology.
This is a permanent full-time position for an A-grade electrician. The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting using online PLC and SCADA tools across major platforms such as Rockwell, Siemens, GE, Schneider, Omron, Mitsubishi, and others.
Key Responsibilities- Field service and breakdown support for various customers across industries
- Preventative, corrective, and recommended maintenance with documentation
- Electrical installation works
- Remote offsite support
- Assistance with project commissioning
- On-the-job timekeeping and invoicing
- A strong commitment to safety and maintaining a safe working environment
- Industrial electrical experience
- Electrical installation and commissioning experience
- Customer satisfaction focus
- Willingness to participate in a rotating after-hours on-call roster
- A-Grade Electrical Licence
- Australian driver's licence
- Right to work in Australia
- Ability to pass a National Criminal History Check and pre-employment medical, including a Drug & Alcohol test
