We are seeking applications for a Senior Automation Technician to join our Service team in Darwin. The role involves delivering excellent outcomes to clients and providing peace of mind through 24/7 rapid response support for critical industrial automation and control technology.

This is a permanent full-time position for an A-grade electrician. The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting using online PLC and SCADA tools across major platforms including Rockwell, Siemens, GE, Schneider, Omron, Mitsubishi, and others.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Field service and breakdown support for various customers across different industries
  2. Preventative, corrective, and recommended maintenance with proper documentation
  3. Electrical installation works
  4. Offsite remote support
  5. Assistance with project commissioning
  6. On-the-job timekeeping and invoicing
Essential Capabilities and Experience
  1. A strong commitment to safety and maintaining a safe working environment
  2. Industrial electrical experience
  3. Electrical installation and commissioning experience
  4. A dedication to customer satisfaction
  5. Willingness to participate in a rotating after-hours on-call roster
Key Requirements
  1. A-Grade Electrical Licence
  2. Australian driver's licence
  3. Right to work in Australia
  4. Ability to pass a National Criminal History Check and pre-employment medical, including a Drug & Alcohol test
