About The Role:
We are currently seeking a highly successful field sales and new business professional to join our current team as Sales Representative.
Reporting to the National Retail Manager, this full-time position will manage an existing and well-established territory. This fantastic opportunity offers the right candidate great company culture and team engagement, an attractive salary and tools of trade as well as further learning and development opportunities.
This is a true hybrid sales development role responsible for servicing our trade and retail customers throughout the New South Wales south coast, across Wollongong, Nowra, Pambula, and Eden. The ideal candidate will have a proven background working in the oil and lubricant business and will reside in the central to Wollongong or surrounding suburbs. This role will require overnight travel and attendance at trade shows and weekend events.

Responsibilities/Requirements:
- Lead the development and execution of the strategic sales and marketing plan.
- Leverage relationships with key customers to guide and drive strategy implementation.
- Identify and pursue new market channels and business opportunities.
- Take ownership of driving sustainable sales revenue growth.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving margin targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
About You:
If you have a minimum of 5+ years field territory sales experience, proven success with acquiring new business, previous business development skills, the ability to sustain solid customer relationships and can demonstrate your ability to grow sales and meet or exceed KPIs, along with customer service excellence, then we would like to hear from you. You may also have had retail store experience understanding store layouts to planograms and visual merchandising.
