We now have an exciting opportunity available for a Team Leader Far West QLD to join us in our Operations & Maintenance team in Mt Isa on a full time permanent basis.

Reporting to the Manager Asset Operations - FWQ, you will play a key role in leading the operations and maintenance team, ensuring efficient processes, maintaining equipment, and achieving operational goals. This role requires strong leadership skills and technical expertise. This role is offered as either residential or FIFO ex Brisbane on a 15/13 roster.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the operations and maintenance team, setting goals and monitoring performance.
  • Develop and implement efficient operational and maintenance processes.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Coordinate with other departments to achieve operational objectives.
  • Identify and address issues that could impact operations or maintenance.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide necessary training.

The Operations & Maintenance team exist to safely operate APA Power, Transmission, Midstream and Network assets in an efficient and cost-effective manner to enable APA to achieve its business strategy and goals, extract maximum value from its assets, and deliver value for its customers.
