Overview

We're looking for an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to join our Sydney team and help build the tools and integrations that power over 250 restaurants and 10,000 staff. This is a delivery-focused engineering role where you'll design, prototype, and refine solutions that improve operations at scale.

You'll work with Azure Logic Apps, Function Apps, and React/TypeScript, while also using AI-augmented development tools like Cursor, Copilot, and LangChain to move quickly without compromising on quality. The role is varied, hands-on, and gives you the opportunity to see your work rolled out into production environments used daily by store managers and operational teams.

Responsibilities
  • Build front-end tools in React/TypeScript
  • Use AI-augmented dev tools (Cursor, Copilot, LangChain, AutoGen)
  • Deliver solutions end-to-end, across Azure and AWS
What we're looking for
  • Exposure to AI-enhanced development (Cursor, Copilot, LangChain, RAG)
  • Strong problem-solving and delivery skills

Hybrid role (4 days office in Sydney), base salary around $150k with super, 10% bonus, 5% shares vesting over 3 years, 5 weeks annual leave, plus phone and gift card allowances.

Base pay range

A$140,000.00/yr - A$170,000.00/yr
