Business Development Manager - IT ServicesJob Description

As a true sales professional, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and revenue for our FUJIFILM IT Services team in Sydney. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for meeting new business revenue and profit targets by developing a quality pipeline through building long term relationships and driving new business growth.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT new logo sales, including complex sales cycles and solutions selling, as well as a proven track record of success in selling Managed IT Services. You will also possess a strong understanding of financial aspects of sales and be able to prepare and present successful business cases to customers at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a prospecting routine to deliver pipeline quota using referrals, social media, thought leadership, outbound calling, and event-based campaigns
  • Actively manage and qualify a robust opportunity pipeline of new customers and/or new solutions
  • Plan and implement the sales process for larger and more complex deals, owning the end-to-end sales cycle
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasting based on deep knowledge of the market and prospect base
