Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic individual to support the regional planning and execution of shopper marketing initiatives across APAC, as well providing consumer, shopper and category insights. This newly created role will be instrumental in bringing to life the path to purchase and ensuring Sazerac's below the line activations connect with consumers in a way that drives conversion and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

High level stakeholder management with internal and external partners (globally) to support the roll out and assessment of best in class shopper programs
Lead and/or support the development and execution of shopper marketing campaigns across on and off premise channels to drive brand visibility and conversion.
Manage timelines, budgets and agency briefs.
Coordinate the production and delivery of POS materials.
Assess campaign performance and shopper insights based on brand and commercial objectives to measure return on investment.
Monitor competitor activity and category trends to inform shopper marketing strategy.
Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all shopper touchpoints
Work with teams in market to support the planning and execution of trade shows and promotional events.

Experience Required:

3+ years in trade marketing or shopper marketing roles, preferably within fast paced FMCG environments
Exposure to working with retailers or channel partners
Strong project management and coordination skills
Competent in analysing shopper and sales data to inform decisions and measure performance
Strong understanding of brand building fundamentals
Proven experience of partnering with commercial teams to align shopper marketing activities to commercial objectives
