We are looking for a dynamic Centre Manager to lead, develop, implement and oversee our multiple programs delivered at headspace Inala.

You will provide leadership, guidance and support to our multidisciplinary team, who provide evidence-based, client centred, best practice services to young people in the community.

About the Accoras Team

Accoras has been delivering mental health and wellbeing services to South-East Queensland children, young people, adults and families for 30 years, working towards our vision of 'good mental health for all'. We are the lead agency of headspace Inala, and our centre is recognised nationally for our excellence and the outcomes we help young people to achieve. headspace Inala provides early intervention health and wellbeing support to young people aged 12 to 25 years across four core streams (mental health, physical and sexual health, alcohol and other drug use, and work/study).

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous work experience demonstrating effective leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills which build a collaborative and high-performing team.

Tertiary level qualifications in Management and Leadership, or Human Services related disciplines.

Demonstrated experience in the management of a multi-disciplinary service delivery model including the ability to lead the coordination of care for young people with complex needs.

Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to work closely with and build a strong rapport with diverse stakeholders, including with priority populations, demonstrating culturally sensitive engagements.

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple work tasks and deliver agreed outcomes.

A current driver's licence, reliable transport, and the ability to obtain a Working with Children screen and successful police history check.
