The Marketing & Community Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Burleigh Brewing's marketing initiatives by leading event logistics, digital engagement, content capture, and community partnerships. This role is perfect for someone who has an engaging, outgoing personality, thrives in social settings, enjoys bringing people together, and has a passion for beer. From being the face of Burleigh Brewing at events to coordinating social media, digital and ambassador relationships, you'll help build meaningful connections with our customers, partners, and beer-loving community. A dynamic environment, with plenty of opportunities to grow within the beer industry makes this an exciting role for the right person.

What You'll Be Doing:

Events & Partnerships

  • Be the face of Burleigh Brewing at internal, external, and trade events.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, activations, and partnerships.
  • Identify opportunities for Burleigh Brewing to have a presence at industry panels, trade shows, and community events.

Digital & Content Marketing

  • Create and action website updates, blog content, EDMs, and product announcements.
  • Capture and post in-the-moment social content at events and activations.
  • Schedule and coordinate social media content across platforms.
  • Drive digital engagement, including customer interactions and participation in beer-related online groups and forums.

Community & Brand Ambassadors

  • Coordinate engagement and activations with brand ambassadors and partners.
  • Manage a monthly community budget to strategically provide product support.
  • Develop and maintain community engagement guidelines.
  • Track and report monthly community contributions and sponsorships.

  • Well-connected in the online beer community and with key people, venues, and events on the Gold Coast. Always looking for new opportunities for brand integration across Southeast Queensland.
  • Someone flexible and excited about attending weekend and evening events.
  • A self-starter who sees opportunities and makes things happen.
  • Strong organization and coordination skills and thrives with multiple projects on the go and juggling conflicting priorities.
  • Comfortable with digital marketing tools, social media, and email marketing.
