Overview

Store Manager | BONDS Outlet | Colonnades at Hanes Brands Australasia. This is a full-time position at 38 hours per week. Join to apply for the Store Manager role at Bonds Colonnades.

Responsibilities
  • Leading by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help the team meet budgets and KPIs
  • Plan succession within the team to enable progression into future opportunities
  • Execute Visual Merchandising in-store and use discretion to make commercial decisions
  • Understand Stock Management processes and prioritise tasks
  • Coach and provide on-the-spot feedback to the team
  • Analyse reports to make commercial decisions that drive the business
