12-week paid Summer Vacation Program in Process Engineering with Lycopodium, a global EPCM leader, offering real-world project experience and potential pathway to the 2026 Graduate Program.

Your role

Responsibilities

  • Participating as a Vacation Student in a team environment, working on real-world, in-progress engineering projects.
  • Gaining exposure to professional practice in Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering.
  • Experiencing various career options within Lycopodium's global operations.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts and contributing to project delivery in the Brisbane office, Spring Hill.
  • Demonstrating high performance and professionalism to be considered for the Graduate Development Programme.
About you

Qualifications

  • Currently in or commencing the penultimate year of a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering, with expected graduation in 2026.
  • Hold Australian permanent residency or a valid permit to work in Australia.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to high performance, mutual respect, and diligence.
