Hydrotechnical Vacations: Building a Sustainable Future

This 12-week vacation program offers an exciting opportunity to develop innovative solutions in hydrotechnical engineering.

As part of the Hydrotechnical Team, you will provide civil engineering design expertise to commodity-based business units and have the chance to work across flood modeling, mitigation, management, and climate change. Our capability spans the entire project lifecycle, from scoping and conceptual design to feasibility studies, basic and detailed engineering, construction, and project management.

The Hatch Undergraduate Program provides practical industry skills by working on real projects. We help bridge the gap between education and career, enabling you to build professional relationships with renowned experts and champion great initiatives for reputable clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to complete project deliverables for clients.
  • Develop mentoring relationships with experienced professionals and experts.
  • Work towards individual career goals.
  • Contribute to creating positive change through sustainable practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor/Master's Degree in Civil Engineering with a strong academic record.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think laterally and innovatively to solve problems.
  • Interest in exploring a future with a global consulting company.
