Your impact

Our NSW Planning and Environmental Approvals team works closely with specialists across multiple disciplines to deliver proven industry expertise in environmental impact assessment, development planning, regulatory approvals and environmental management for our clients. With a strong pipeline of work in the water, renewable energy, energy storage and transport sectors, the team is growing.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Environmental Consultant / Graduate Environmental Planner to join our Sydney or Newcastle (NSW) Planning & Environmental Approvals team in 2026. Start your career as part of a leading environmental consulting provider as you develop both your technical and consulting skills through delivering a range of planning and environmental consulting projects. You'll work with multi-disciplinary teams to assist in undertaking environmental impact assessments, synthesising environmental approvals documentation, develop effective environmental management and mitigation strategies and work with clients to understand their requirements and deliver innovative solutions. We'll mentor you each step of the way as part of our Graduate Development Program to ensure you're set up for success.

Here's what you'll need

Ideally, by January 2026 you'll hold a university degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Planning, Environmental Engineering. This is a unique role that requires applicants to hold the right to work in Australia.
