Americold Logistics LLC is a global leader in temperature-controlled infrastructure. We partner with farmers and food producers to ensure their perishable and frozen products reach food suppliers, restaurants, and local grocery stores without spoilage.

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Analyst to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple divisions.

The Commercial Analyst will be responsible for delivering innovative and insightful customer profitability information to optimize earnings.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, and relevant experience in accounting, finance, sales, and performance reporting.

The successful candidate will have advanced computer skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and experience in creating and maintaining financial models.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Completing accurate and timely customer profitability modelling and recommending modifications and enhancements.
  • Evaluating the profitability of key customers and establishing price points to ensure margins are aligned with market objectives.
  • Assisting in the Post Investment Reporting process to ensure deals have generated the expected returns.
  • Reviewing pricing and cost models and identifying business profile changes and operational inefficiencies by measuring financial impact to drive yield opportunities.
  • Recommending any underperforming accounts to the Business Development, Operations, and Warehousing teams.

The Commercial Analyst will also support development projects through market intelligence, competitive landscape data, business case development, pipeline overviews, and sensitivity analysis.
