Junior Contracts Coordinator/Analyst

The Role:
This role reports to the Contracts Manager. As a Junior Contracts Coordinator/Analyst, you will coordinate and administer contracts by ensuring key compliance activities are completed, supporting contract and business reporting, and conducting data analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying key issues and challenges in delivering contract bus services
- Prepare and submit monthly and periodic contract reports, as well as ad-hoc reports
- Review and understand Operating Plans for each contract administered (submitted annually)
- Support the development and update of contractual business plans for CDC (Operating Plans) for each contract administered (submitted annually), including editing, formatting, and design requests
- Contribute to the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and manuals for contract reporting, PowerBI dashboards, templates, etc.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders (Operations, Planning, Finance, HSEQ, P&C, and Asset Management) to obtain data for contractual and other reports
- Support the Contracts Manager in workflow management
About You:
- Demonstrated experience building positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, and ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced Excel and Word skills
- Familiarity with commercial and operational elements of government contracts
- Experience in reporting and analysis (preferred)
- Well-organised, able to prioritise effectively and manage projects to agreed timelines despite conflicting priorities
