Description

Our workforce of over 350 meets the needs of these communities with a wide range of services including libraries, customer service, finance, children's services, engineering, project management, road works, water management, environment and parks, gardens and town centre care.
The Opportunities
We have multiple opportunities for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to oversee the provision and supervision of event and function hospitality services with regards to the front of house, servicing of food and beverage, event order preparation, and general housekeeping duties.
As a Food & Beverage Attendant you will provide an efficient, safe, welcoming and friendly front of house service for BVCCC ensuring a high standard of presentation and customer service as well as support the delivery and execution of day-to-day operational services of the BVCCC.

About You
We are seeking individuals who have a qualification in hospitality/catering or event related field and hold a current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol.
You will have the following skills and experience;
- Demonstrate experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in the event/function area.
- Have the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines, whilst working effectively under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, customer service, organisational and time management skills.
- Levels of physical fitness to be able perform operational tasks including venue set up and pack down.
These are casual positions working varying hours.
The hourly remuneration package for this position commences at $42.04 gross per hour, comprising of:
- $30.16 per hour base salary
- $7.54 per hour casual loading
- $4.34 per hour superannuation
- Additional allowances (as per the Award)
- Annual Award salary increases and performance reviews.

This is an open recruitment process designed to meet the seasonal and operational needs of the business. For this reason, there is no closing date set for the advertising period.
