Video Editor (Mid-Weight, Full Time)

Humble Productions is a young, growing production company with a strong mix of direct clients (tech, aged care, tourism, property development) and agency partners. We're looking for a full-time video editor to join our team in Brookvale and take the lead on day-to-day post-production.

You'll be the go-to editor for shaping real stories. Pulling together compelling testimonials, interview-driven narratives, and brand films that need care, clarity, and consistency. While we bring in senior freelancers to support larger campaigns and overflow, this role is about being part of the core team - someone who understands our clients, owns the workflow, and helps set the tone for quality in the edit suite.

We're looking for someone with strong narrative instincts, a good design eye, with the ability to manage cutdowns and multi-format deliverables with calm and precision. You'll be trusted with some of our most important client work, and you'll have a real hand in how our output looks and feels.

What you'll be doing

• Taking editorial ownership of edits, shaping interviews into clear, engaging stories with cinematic broll
  • Managing post workflows for projects with multiple deliverables and feedback rounds
    • Keeping quality and consistency high across formats and channels
      • Creating clean, brand-aligned supers, thumbnails, and basic motion as needed
        • Maintaining solid post systems – tidy timelines, organised folders, export and backup discipline
          • Helping to shape HUMBLE development projects with the team.
          What we're looking for
          • A mid-weight editor with 3–6+ years of experience
            • Strong storytelling instincts and confidence working from raw interviews
              • Proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects
                • A clean, modern visual approach with good type and layout sense
                  • Calm and collaborative - able to interpret feedback and keep things moving
                    • Well-organised and dependable

This is an onsite role, five days a week , based at our studio in Brookvale on Sydney's Northern Beaches. You'll be an integral part of a small team, with plenty of opportunity to grow and take creative ownership within a supportive, down-to-earth environment.
