We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Workday Support Officer to join our HR Systems team. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of the Workday platform across the business. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong interest in HR technology and a passion for delivering system excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Triage and resolve Workday Help cases, providing timely and effective support to internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of Workday reports, based on requests from teams.
  • Participate in testing for Workday releases, ensuring updates are validated and deployed smoothly.
  • Support ad hoc Workday projects, such as bulk terminations, acquisitions, and large-scale data updates.
  • Perform EIB uploads as required.
  • Assist with configuration and implementation of changes related to Organisational Structure, Cost Centres, and Collective Agreements.
  • Liaise with the People Services team to respond to system-related support requests.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of Workday Absence, Recruitment, Compensation, and Learning Modules—configuration experience preferred.
  • Provide Workday training to People Services and relevant teams.
  • Manage user security profiles, including approval and implementation of ad hoc changes for user- and role-based security.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation for Workday administration.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a Workday support or HR systems role, ideally within a complex organisation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • A team player who is also comfortable working independently.
