- In-depth knowledge of tour packages with the ability to identify and develop unique and niche opportunities.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven success in pricing, sales, and margin management.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence outcomes.
- Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Resilient and adaptable, able to deliver in a dynamic, fast-paced industry environment.
- Curious and passionate about travel, with a creative and entrepreneurial approach to problem solving.
- Full-time working rights in Australia.
- The opportunity to shape and grow a portfolio of travel products in a business that's scaling rapidly.
- A high-performance culture where innovation, results, and accountability are recognised.
- A collaborative and supportive team environment with exposure to senior leaders.
- Monday to Friday schedule, with the occasional opportunity to attend exciting customer-facing events.
- Professional growth and development opportunities within the travel industry.
In return for your commitment, you'll enjoy our multi-award-winning flexible work culture and benefits. We've won awards based on our commitment to creating a work culture where you can thrive.
You'll be part of a motivated team with supportive leadership and benefits that are actively shaped based on feedback. We know our success is fueled by our team so we want you to thrive in an environment with tools, support, and opportunities to succeed. You'll also enjoy:
- Annual Vacation Benefit: Enjoy a free trip each year plus extra paid leave to recharge, plus you can bring a companion on many of our tours - or enjoy generous discounts for you and your friends/family if you take more than one
