The Opportunity

Due to steady business growth in our Industrial Channel, we have developed a role within our sales team servicing Industrial customers. The primary responsibilities are to build and develop strong relationships and generate significant new business growth within existing and new customers in the Coopers Plains / Toowoomba area. The Industrial role includes customer segments such as Fleet Bus/Truck/Waste, Manufacturing, Engineering, RV Businesses, OE Truck Dealerships, Agricultural, Civil, Construction, Forklift, Government Departments, Marine, and related sectors.

As a Customer Development Manager Industrial, your duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Manage the territory in line with Napa's Customer Value Proposition, collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to meet the requirements of the strategic business plan.
  • Maintain a customer territory and maximise business opportunities and sales growth.
  • Attend Sales Meetings, Trade Shows & Product Training as required.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Industry Customer Management experience is preferred in either the Commercial, Automotive or Industrial sectors.
  • Proven achievement in sales results, customer relationship development and territory management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to negotiate, influence decisions, facilitate outcomes and achieve results.
  • Sound business acumen and numerical competency.
  • Proven ability to prioritise workloads and manage competing demands.
  • Outgoing nature with a positive and motivated approach, able to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
