About The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Development Manager in Caboolture.
You will build effective relationships with our target customers, understand their needs, proactively solve their problems, and identify growth opportunities.
You will be responsible for the sales and gross margin performance of your territory.
All About You You are highly engaging, passionate about providing solutions and service, with a successful track record in business or account management within parts and equipment.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, a team-focused attitude, and a passion for automotive are essential.
In Addition, You Will Also Attend and participate in sales meetings, trade shows & training sessions.
Achieve sales budgets through proactive and innovative approaches.
Build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Experience using CRM systems.
A valid Australian driver's license is required.
A passion for all things automotive.
