About the role:Beginning in February 2026, you'll embark on a transformative three-year journey based in Queensland, marked by hands-on learning, role rotations, comprehensive training, mentorship, and exclusive development prospects, shaping your career trajectory.
The Well Engineering Graduate role offers a structured 3-year program covering drilling, fracture stimulation, completions, workovers, well integrity, and field operations. Graduates will rotate through key engineering disciplines, including time on-site, before being placed in a specialist team. The role involves providing engineering support to wellsite teams, promoting collaboration and hands-on learning. Core to the position is developing project management skills across planning, execution, cost control, and continuous improvement.
What you will bring- We're looking for innovative graduates in the disciplines Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical), or related disciplines.
- Ideal candidates will appreciate teamwork, excel in communication and problem-solving, effectively engage with a variety of people and be excited by the opportunity to play a critical role in powering our future and support the energy transition.
- To assist in developing an exceptional technical foundation that turbocharges your career and provides a deeper learning experience, site-based rotations may be offered. (This could be fly-in-fly-out or relocating for a period of time at the company's expense).
- You must hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency (PR) to be eligible for this opportunity and be available to start full-time work in February 2026.
