About The Role

Assist the Project Manager in delivering projects that meet HSE and quality standards, aligned with The ADCO Way.

Responsibilities
  • Review project documents and plans; contribute to HSE and quality plans ensuring compliance with project, business, and legislative requirements.
  • Coordinate with Project and Site Managers to ensure adequate resourcing with competent personnel for HSE and quality objectives.
  • Ensure project activities align with HSE and quality plans through coordination and support.
  • Conduct HSE and quality inspections, report findings, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  • Report project status transparently via Hammertech, monthly control reports, and other means.
About You
  • Proven experience as an HSE Advisor or similar in commercial construction.
  • Diploma of Health & Safety Management.
  • Deep knowledge of HSE legislation, standards, and best practices.
  • Experience with management system software (e.g., Hammertech preferred).
  • Strong communication skills, ability to influence at all levels.
  • Independent and proactive problem-solver.
  • Commitment to a safety-first culture.
