The Opportunity:

We are excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for multiple Construction Site Supervisor and Site Manager roles to join the Glenvill Projects Team. In these pivotal roles, you will oversee various residential construction projects located in the northern suburbs of Melbourne, from initiation to final inspection, ensuring each project meets our high standards and exceeds client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the construction process, maintaining alignment with our quality standards and client needs.

Establish effective communication with clients and team members, providing timely and accurate project updates.

Build and manage a robust network of trades, optimising project efficiency and outcomes.

Ensure adherence to quality control, building practices, and safety regulations.

Manage construction timelines, budgets, and compliance with OH&S standards.

Coordinate on-site activities, subcontractors, and the administrative aspects of construction.

Deliver weekly reports on site activities and project progression.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a similar role, within the medium-density construction sector, with at least 5 years of experience and looking to take that "next step" in their career.

Experience with working on projects with residential / commercial lifts (preferable)

Customer focused, with a commitment to exceeding expectations.

Proactive, resilient, and ready to address challenges with a 'can do' attitude.

Excellent relationship building capabilities with both team members and stakeholders.

A strong advocate for quality, process improvement, and effective problem-solving.

Superior communication and performance management skills.
