Join a growing, design-driven building company based in Collingwood. Viva Commercial and Industrial specialises in the delivery of high-quality commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments across Melbourne. We're looking for a capable and motivated Site Supervisor with a solid engineering background to take ownership of on-site project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site operations
  • Ensure construction works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specs and engineering documentation
  • Interpret and apply structural, architectural and services drawings to guide construction activities
  • Ensure compliance with the NCC, Australian Standards, OH&S legislation, and EPA regulations
  • Develop and maintain construction programs and site progress reports
  • Manage site logistics, safety inductions, toolbox talks and risk assessments
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and clients to ensure project delivery on time and within budget
  • Monitor quality assurance processes and ensure accurate record keeping (ITPs, inspections, checklists)
  • Assist the Project Manager with procurement, contract administration and project reporting
  • Assist resolving on-site issues and provide timely solutions to engineering or construction-related challenges
What you'll need to succeed
  • Minimum 1 years' experience in a Site Supervisor role in Australia
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
  • Strong knowledge of Australian building codes and construction practices
  • Excellent communication, coordination and site leadership skills
  • White Card and valid Australian driver's licence
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction software (e.g. Procore, Aconex)
  • First Aid or Working at Heights tickets (advantageous but not required)
