Overview

Responsibilities
  • Support the Vice President Performance & Reward in implementing Dyno Nobel's global remuneration strategy, ensuring it aligns with the unique needs of each business unit.
  • Develop, plan, and deploy reward frameworks that are transparent, compliant, and efficient across the Group.
  • Uphold governance and corporate standards while addressing the expectations of stakeholders including the Board, Executive Team, and shareholders.
  • Influence remuneration outcomes and drive consistency and excellence in performance and reward practices globally.
What You'll Bring
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or related field
  • Experience in remuneration consulting and/or corporate governance with knowledge of remuneration frameworks and policies
  • Knowledge of relevant reward and recognition best practices
  • Experience with remuneration and benefits technology
  • System experience with SuccessFactors compensation module (ideally)
  • Excellent capability in data management, in particular, Excel
