About The Role
As a Performance Manager at farsiight, you'll manage a small portfolio of high-growth eCommerce and tech clients, focusing primarily on Paid Social (Meta Ads) campaigns.
This is a hands-on executional role where you'll own the day-to-day performance across your accounts, reporting to our Performance Team Lead and partnering closely with a Lead Strategist. You'll join a tight-knit pod of specialists, backed by a broader team who values growth, curiosity, and collaboration.
While there may be some exposure to Google Ads, the bulk of your work will centre around Meta — building, testing and optimising campaigns that deliver real business results.
What You'll Do:
You'll manage a small, but mighty portfolio (approx. 5-10 accounts), working with some seriously cool eCommerce and tech brands. From strategy to execution, you'll have the freedom to test, tweak, and push performance to new heights.
- Build and manage high-performing Meta Ads campaigns
- Test creatives, messaging, and audiences to uncover growth opportunities
- Manage budgets ranging from $10K–$100K+ per month
- Apply insights from performance data to iterate fast and smart
You'll provide insightful and comprehensive reports to clients, ensuring they're always in the loop on campaign performance. You'll also attend client calls, working closely with clients to translate data into actionable insights and adjustments that drive results.
- Deliver clear, confident performance reports and recommendations
- Join client calls (with support from your Strategist) to align on strategy and next steps
- Translate data into stories that clients actually understand and act on
You'll continually push boundaries by testing new strategies and tactics to fuel growth. With your technical expertise, you'll experiment with innovative approaches to improve performance, helping to ensure that our clients stay ahead of the competition.
- Keep on top of Paid Social and PPC trends and platform updates
- Identify gaps and test new tactics, placements, or formats
- Feed creative insights back to our designers to strengthen ad concepts

Why Join farsiight (Even for 6 Months)?
Meet farsiight. We are a Performance Marketing + Creative Growth Agency that specialises in scaling online businesses. We're performance marketing specialists, but know that one channel (or two) can't grow brands in isolation (anymore).
Our overarching mission, "Growth for Good," is why we exist. We're driven by a profound desire to assist brands that are dedicated to making a positive impact on their customers, communities, and employees. We hold ourselves to the highest standards of integrity and relentlessly pursue growth.
We have no ambitions to be the biggest, but we are certainly on our way to becoming the best.
Our philosophy here at farsiight is simple:
Only partner with companies that we truly believe in.
Only partner with companies that will treat us as a true partner, not just another agency.
Only partner with companies that we truly believe we can help achieve their goals.
That's how we've built a 95.5% client retention rate and became one of Australia's top-rated agencies on Clutch. Take a look for yourself: https://clutch.co/profile/farsiight

Skills & Attitude You'll Bring:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads & Meta Ads, handling budgets from $10K to $100K+ per month.
- Solid technical know-how. You're confident with Google Tag Manager, Meta's Pixel, new tracking setups, shopping feeds, and Google Analytics.
- A sharp, strategic mindset. You can analyse data, spot opportunities, and solve problems with a balance of logic and creativity.
- Exceptional communication skills. You can break down complex ideas, manage expectations, and build trust with clients.
- A track record of hitting (and exceeding) targets. You're results-driven and love seeing your campaigns perform.
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills. You keep things running smoothly without missing a beat.
- Bonus: Experience in creative strategy. If you love brainstorming ad angles and messaging, that's a huge plus

At farsiight, we're more than just a remote team. We're a community that values autonomy, flexibility, and personal growth. We believe in trusting our people, supporting each other, and creating a space where you can do great work without sacrificing balance.
Although this is a contract role, you'll be fully integrated into the team. You'll attend training sessions, social catch-ups, and contribute to our culture and client outcomes just like any permanent team member. We value contract team members just as much as our full-time crew.
Here's what you can expect when you join us:
Flexible hours + fully remote or hybrid setup
Dedicated learning time each month
Monthly team events or early Friday finishes
Strong systems and handover process to support your onboarding
A welcoming team who won't treat you like "just the temp"
We're a team of marathon runners, lunchtime walkers, snowboarders, soccer players, campers, beer lovers, dog parents, and everything in between. No matter who you are, you'll find your people here—and we'd love it if you brought your friends, too.
If you're looking for a place where you can do meaningful work, grow, and have fun along the way, we think you'll love it here.
