This is your opportunity to step into a strategic and hands-on leadership role, where you'll architect and scale modern data platforms, lead the development of advanced ML systems, and lay the technical foundation for long-term innovation. You'll bring a deep understanding of complex data engineering and architecture, with the ability to stay close to the code while also guiding high-level strategy.

You'll work directly with founders, C-level executives, and cross-functional teams to align technical direction with business goals, influence product strategy, and foster a data-driven culture from the ground up. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead and scale a multidisciplinary Data & ML Engineering team
  • Design and implement a robust, scalable data infrastructure
  • Own the development lifecycle for ML models from prototyping to deployment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, DevOps)
  • Set best practices in data architecture, CI/CD, testing, and governance
  • Hire, mentor, and coach engineering talent

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience leading Data or ML Engineering teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong background in Python, Spark, SQL, and modern data stack (e.g. Airflow, dbt, Snowflake/BigQuery)
  • Experience deploying ML models to production (e.g. using SageMaker, Vertex AI, MLflow)
  • Deep understanding of data infrastructure, pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-scaling environments
