- Full-time, Fixed Term position until December 2026
- Salary HEW 9 ($130,748- $140,089) + 17% Superannuation and Flexible Working Arrangements
- Based at the Melbourne CBD campus
About the Role
The Program & Partnerships Manager reports to the Director, Health Transformation (HTL) and is responsible for end-to-end program design and delivery, project management, and partnership management for the HTL's portfolio.
Key accountabilities will include:
- Leadership of the end to end process for new or existing initiatives, including concepting and proposal development to project delivery and completion
- Development of strategic relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders within the health and medtech ecosystem
- Development of proposals, tenders or bids for funding and commercial investment.
- Oversight of the development, production and maintenance of the Health Transformation Lab's technology assets.
- Oversight and people management for direct reports and ad-hoc project resources
To be successful in this position, you'll have:
- Understanding of context: Sound knowledge of the healthcare, medtech, emerging technology trends, ideas and methods
- Analytical ability: Demonstrated experience in combining multiple sets of information and evidence to inform clear and concise strategy, insight and management materials.
- Excellent writing skills: including demonstrated ability to produce comprehensive recommendations, implementation plans, and reports.
- Effective communication skills: (written and verbal) and track-record in engaging successfully with internal and external stakeholders with a demonstrated high-level of judgement and discretion.
- Innovative style and mindset: A high-degree of demonstrated ability to build, prototype and develop novel ideas, initiatives, strategies and/or initiatives in health or medtech environments.

About the Group
