T&K Airpower is a leading air conditioning company in Adelaide. Our work ranges from residential to light commercial projects, including maintenance and new installations. We are known for excellent customer service and our problem-solving abilities. As we grow, we are looking for top talent — are you the right fit?

We are recruiting for a Service Controller for a minimum of 38 hours per week (schedule to be negotiated). Your responsibilities will include assisting the Office Manager in ensuring all office activities are completed efficiently and professionally. If you are currently working in air conditioning, electrical, or a related trade, and are seeking a new challenge, we want to hear from you.

To qualify for this role, you should be able to:

  • Schedule jobs effectively for tradespeople across Adelaide
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with clients
  • Coordinate with team members regarding orders and job progress
  • Assist with marketing activities such as mailing, managing customer databases, and social media
  • Deliver high-quality work within set timeframes
  • Work collaboratively, be motivated, and uphold T&K's professional image
  • Have at least 1 year of experience in a Service Coordinator or office administration role, preferably in a related trade business
  • Experience with Service Titan is a plus but not essential
