Job Description

Employment Type: Full Time or Part Time
Remuneration: Negotiable based on experience
Location: Office + WFH

If you're passionate about Paediatrics or have specific interests in caseload management, we'd like to speak with you.

Your day will include:

  • Managing an allocated caseload and delivering timely therapeutic services.
  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate participants' functional abilities and identify treatment goals.
  • Developing evidence-based interventions to enhance participants' independence and quality of life.
  • Providing expert advice on environmental adaptations to promote accessibility and safety.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to recommend Assistive Technology solutions that meet participants' unique needs.
  • Maintaining expertise in relevant legislation and guidelines to ensure compliance.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload.
  • A proactive attitude, motivated by continuous improvement and learning.
  • A genuine passion for working in the disability sector and delivering person-centred care.
