Job Description

Employment Type: Full Time or Part Time. Remuneration: Negotiable based on experience. Location: Office + Work From Home.

We welcome Occupational Therapists with all levels of experience who value flexibility and enjoy working in the community.

If you have an interest in Paediatrics or specific caseload areas, we would like to discuss this further with you.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing an allocated caseload and providing timely therapeutic services.
  • Evaluating participants' functional abilities through clinical observations and standardised assessments.
  • Developing tailored treatment plans to meet each participant's unique needs.
  • Providing evidence-based interventions to enhance participants' quality of life.
  • Offering guidance and support on environmental adaptations to promote independence.
  • Identifying opportunities for Assistive Technology to address functional limitations.
  • Maintaining awareness of relevant legislation to ensure compliance.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload.
  • A proactive attitude and passion for improving services and processes.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.
  • A genuine desire to make a positive impact in the disability sector.
