Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring we attract, sources, hire, and retain the best talent to support our company's growth and success.

The role will report directly to the Chief People Officer and will play a key role in supporting the growth of our business. If you are proactive, results-oriented, a team player with a passion for finding and hiring top talent and have a desire to be successful in a talent role, then we would love to hear from you.

About the Role

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various functions within the company across regions – APAC, USA, and Europe.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, talent search, networking, and employee referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and manage the selection process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers and P&C Business Partners to understand their talent acquisition needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
  • Promote Protecht Group as an employer of choice through various channels and initiatives.
  • Work closely with the P&C Team to issue employment contracts and new hire information. Support the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a smooth transition during onboarding.
What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry or as a recruiter.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, an ability to multi-task, prioritize, organize, and show initiative.
