Overview

Join to apply for the Storeperson - Mt Gambier SA role at Blackwoods. The role is primarily in the warehouse, supporting the trade store where needed, based in Mt Gambier SA.

Responsibilities
  • Picking, packing and dispatch of customer orders (freight management)
  • All forklift operations in the warehouse
  • Receiving, labeling and storing of incoming goods
  • Conducting sorting, loading and unloading of vehicles
  • Ensuring shelves are adequately stocked and displayed
  • Assisting on the trade store counter and general housekeeping duties
  • Data entry of customer information and orders
To Be Successful / Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a trade store, retail, or warehouse environment
  • Friendly and well-developed customer service skills, with a customer-first approach
  • Excellent time management, and clear verbal/written communication
  • Proactive and motivated problem solver with a team-player mentality
  • Good computer and MS Office skills (RF device experience is a bonus)
  • A desire to develop and grow your career with us
  • Forklift licence and experience essential
Working hours

Standard hours are 7.30am to 3.30pm with potential variations depending on business needs.
