Responsibilities

We are currently looking to recruit vibrant, passionate individuals into the role of Sales Assistants. Our Sales Assistants have excellent product knowledge, provide outstanding customer service, and above all else are passionate about retail. The successful applicant will:

  • Support our home delivery service by selecting products in store for our online customers and ensuring that their standards and expectations are met.
  • Use product knowledge to ensure the picked products are of the highest quality and freshness and to ensure substitutions are appropriate.
  • Pack products in such a way they arrive at the customers' home in perfect condition.

To support the timely delivery of these products the ideal candidate must be available for a 5:00am start.

Qualifications & Skills

Suitable candidates should have some experience of working in a customer facing environment, be motivated, have excellent customer care skills, be confident communicators and have a passion for helping people. As a Sales Assistant you should be willing to learn and develop yourself, have a desire to succeed and to contribute to our positive team environment as well as promoting our unique brand.
