As a product designer focusing on consumer fintech, you'll collaborate with brand, product, and engineering teams to deliver innovative financial services solutions for our travel customers. Your work will directly impact how we deliver cutting edge digital products, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for users in different markets and segments.

The Design team is a diverse group of product designers and researchers that help to build Agoda's products from our home office in Bangkok. Being a product-driven company, we constantly partner with product managers and engineers to understand user problems and design workflows, interactions, and visual interfaces. Experience Requirements & Role Expectations

• 6+ years of full-time experience as a UX/Interaction designer for digital or web-based products; in-house experience highly preferred
• Experience in finance product development or fintech (preferred, but not required)
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders within an agile development process
• Proficient in creating wireframes and high-fidelity UI using the latest design and prototyping tools
• A strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, process, and solutions for complex, transactional web or mobile products
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English
• Strong visual design skills, familiarity with design systems
• Ability to lead and collaborate with stakeholders across business, technology, and marketing to influence and execute the product roadmap
• Bring domain knowledge to co-create future user-centric product strategy with leadership

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on design solutions for complex enterprise business scenarios, aligning with product partners' vision and business goals
• Actively engage in user research and collaborate with researchers to evaluate impact and drive improvements in consumer fintech products
• Acquire deep domain knowledge in OTA (Online Travel Agency) business through daily collaboration with product leaders
• Represent Agoda Design by advocating user-centric design principles and engaging with external partner touchpoints
• Collaborate with product stakeholders to drive continuous discovery, validate ideas, and influence enterprise product strategy and roadmap
