About The Role

The General Services Assistant - Housekeeping is responsible for providing hospitality services within the hospital this includes Housekeeping and other duties as required under limited supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Completion of Secondary School
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and/or unsupervised to complete duties as required individually or in a team
• Ability to prioritise work with established routines, methods and procedures
• Reliable, and self-motivated
• Ability to adapt to all areas of housekeeping
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate a service philosophy consistent with the principles of the hospital's corporate philosophy and direction
• Commitment to a high standard of service
• Knowledge and understanding of customer service

• Able to work over a 7 day roster
• Able to work within all areas of the hospitality services within the hospital
• Enjoy serving patients and having interaction with our stakeholders
• Own drivers license and transport
