About the role

The General Services Assistant - Housekeeping is responsible for providing hospitality services within the hospital this includes Housekeeping and other duties as required under limited supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Completion of Secondary School Ability to work under minimal supervision and/or unsupervised to complete duties as required individually or in a team Ability to prioritise work with established routines, methods and procedures Reliable, and self-motivated Ability to adapt to all areas of housekeeping Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrate a service philosophy consistent with the principles of the hospital's corporate philosophy and direction Commitment to a high standard of service Knowledge and understanding of customer service

  • Able to work within all areas of the hospitality services within the hospital
  • Enjoy serving patients and having interaction with our stakeholders
  • Own drivers license and transport
