Responsibilities

The Assembler Role

This role involves building conveyor products using blueprints and hand tools.

  1. Perform assembly based on drawings and supervisor instructions.
  2. Follow supervisors' instructions for work to be performed.
  3. Inspect work to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
  4. Record assembly status on computer.
  5. FOLLOW SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS AND RULES.
  6. Work overtime and assigned shifts as needed.
  7. Adhere to all requirements of Daifuku's QMS policies and procedures.
  8. Drive continuous improvement to provide leading industry performance and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  1. High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  2. Minimum of 1 year of machine assembly experience required.
  3. Ability to read and understand complex blueprints and assembly drawings necessary.
  4. BASIC COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED.
  5. BASIC MATH SKILLS NEEDED.
  6. Knowledge of hand tools and power tools essential.
  7. Knowledge of quality assurance and self-inspection techniques required.
  8. Self-motivated and detail-oriented individual needed.
  9. Team-oriented mindset required.
  10. Crane operation experience preferred but not required.
  11. Forklift operation experience preferred but not required.
