Redcape Hospitality has excitingly acquired The Prince Consort Hotel in Fortitude Valley as of the 24th of February 2025 and want to get on the front foot in terms of recruitment. Nestled in the underground heart of Brisbane, Greaser isn't just a bar - it's a vibe, a melting pot of indie rock, boozy nights, and electrifying energy. We're on the lookout for dynamic bartenders/mixologists who can match the energy of the space and deliver top-tier service with flair.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deliver extraordinary customer service with your unique style, passion, and personality—making every guest feel like they're part of something special.
  • Work alongside an energetic team to ensure we always provide an outstanding experience, from start to finish.
  • Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation.
  • Contribute to a positive, fun work environment where creativity and collaboration thrive.
  • Broad availability to fulfil a variety of rotating shifts including opens, mids, late night closes, weekends and public holidays.
  • Uphold & apply your RSA where applicable with courtesy, professionalism & panache so we have a safe and compliant atmosphere for both the team and guests.
