Overview

Are you an experienced bid professional who thrives on shaping winning strategies and leading complex pursuits? This is an exciting 12-month opportunity to step into a senior role, driving bid excellence and supporting business development across major projects.

Role

As Pursuit & Bids Manager, you'll take the lead on high-profile pursuits and tenders across the state/country, working closely with senior stakeholders and technical experts. You'll coordinate multiple bids of varying scale and complexity, ensuring every submission is sharp, strategic, and client-focused.

The Role

  • Leading and managing the full bid lifecycle, from strategy and scheduling through to production and submission
  • Driving consistency, compliance, and quality across all pursuits
  • Partnering with teams to shape win strategies and support client-facing initiatives
  • Mentoring junior team members and sharing best practice to lift performance across the function
  • Analysing bid outcomes to improve processes and success rates
About You

We\'re looking for a proven bids specialist with:

  • 6+ years\' experience leading bids and pursuits within a professional services environment (legal, accounting, property, engineering)
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofing skills
  • Excellent influencing and relationship-building abilities
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office
