Salary: From $70,000 (Negotiable Based on Experience) + Fully Packaged Car

As our Brand Activator in New South Wales, you'll be the face, voice, and energy of Jägermeister in the most energetic pockets of the city – from clubs and dive bars to uni campuses and music festivals. What You'll Be Doing

Activate the Brand: Deliver Jäger parties across Sydney's on-prem scene – clubs, bars, pubs, and pop-up events. Spread the Word: Educate bar staff and customers on why Jägermeister belongs in their freezer and on their back bar. Grow the Fam: Work with the sales team and brand manager to identify key venues, build relationships, and drive distribution and sales. Be a Local Legend: Leverage your contacts, charm, and hustle to win new accounts and keep our loyal partners buzzing. 56 Herbs of Fun: Know your Jäger inside out – whether it's being poured ice cold, mixed with Red Bull, or shaken into a cocktail, you'll help venues serve Jager the way that benefits them. Own the Vibe: Plan and lead the brand. Use neons, cooling devices, and merchandise to bring the Jäger to life.

What We're Looking For

At least a couple years working in bars, brand gigs, or the hospo scene – you know how the on-prem world works. You've got your finger on the pulse of Sydney's nightlife – and probably know half the bartenders by name. Well-connected and well-respected – people like you, and you're not afraid to strike up a chat. You don't mind a few late nights – bar calls after dark are part of the gig, and you're happy to have a drink while doing it. Bonus points if you've got a cool hobby: musician, skater, fighter, artist – we love people with an edge.
