Job Title: Skilled Care Provider

We are seeking an experienced and qualified professional to fill a challenging Registered Nurse position.

About the Role:

  • Lead clinical teams, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and providing high-quality patient care and services.
  • Evaluate care practices and improve them to align with Aged Care Quality Standards and regulations.
  • Effectively multitask, prioritise tasks, delegate responsibilities and manage deadlines to achieve quality outcomes within expected timeframes.

Requirements:

  • AHPRA registration and qualifications as a Registered Nurse.
  • Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse in Aged Care is highly beneficial.
  • Experience with ACFI and accreditation requirements is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for success.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional patient care in a mission-based organisation.
