UGG and HOKA brands are consumer driven brands, within the Accent Brands division. We operate with a brand first mentality, which enhances the merchandise and sales strategy, positioning both HOKA & UGG as the leading premium brands within the ANZ marketplace. As both brands expand their journey into lifestyle, the team is looking for a Key Account Manager to manage accounts & strategy within the lifestyle channel. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with these partners, ensuring their growth, and maximizing the visibility and performance of our brands, whilst navigating the challenges of new category growth. This role requires a deep understanding of sales dynamics, sales strategies, and excellent communication skills to deliver exceptional results for both HOKA & UGG, within the lifestyle marketplace. Within this role, you will execute the strategy both at a national account level and also where strategic, at a door-to-door level in winning key influential staff who drive sell thru results.
Responsibilities- Account management and order book responsibility
- Execution of the market place merchandise & sales strategy
- Forecasting & reporting on sales, sell in and sell out metrics
- Seasonal sell in & indent creation
- Collaboration with merchandise & brand teams to activate seasonal campaigns
- Key relationship management of client key stakeholders
- Seasonal technical training sessions & platform tool uploading
- Demonstrated experience in wholesale sales & the lifestyle marketplace
- Experience dealing with or within national key accounts
- Must thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must demonstrate and ability to build executional efficiencies of limited resourcing, with high volume of workflow
- Strong brand and or retail brand background
- Proficient computer skills including MC office applications
- Attitude & pro-active approach to solving problems
- An involved team player who can work collaboratively across all departments
