Vidacorp is seeking a Supply Planner to take charge of managing our Global Supply Chain network's inventory, ensuring impeccable service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and drive the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, collaborating with the supply chain team and stakeholders.
  • Deliver agile supply plans through the chain of replenishment, ensuring smooth operations from production to distribution globally.
  • Manage and optimize replenishment processes for subsidiary markets, including stock allocation, shipments, and stock movements.
  • Optimize Safety Stock based on ABC analysis to maintain service levels.
  • Generate reports on Out of Stock situations and communicate findings to subsidiaries.
  • Collaborate with Logistics to manage sailing schedules and import/export planning.
  • Support inventory analysis and reporting for continuous improvement.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to meet inventory requirements and ensure service excellence.
Requirements
  • 4+ years in Supply Chain Planning within the beauty/FMCG industry.
  • Experience with mass-market distribution and global operations.
  • Strong relationship-building skills across cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or Business.
  • Excellent analytical skills for data evaluation and presentation.
