ETS manages vegetation contracts along NSW's electricity network and we're growing our team in Goondiwindi We're committed to hiring locals to cut down on travel from coastal depots and reduce our carbon footprint. We're looking for passionate Tree Workers and Ground Crew, including:


• Chipper Operators

• Ground Crew (experienced in tree felling)

• Climbers

• EWP Operators (EWP High Risk Licence required)

• Foliar Spray Crews

What We Offer:
Attract & Retain Bonus – Up to $20,000

Remote areas (Dubbo, Moree, Goondiwindi): Up to $20,000 over 24 months

Local areas (Tamworth, Inverell, Narrabri): Up to $10,000 over 24 months

Bonuses are paid at key milestones: sign-on, probation, and work anniversaries.

About You:

You're safety-focused, physically fit, and love working outdoors. A positive, team-player attitude is essential. You're confident with machinery and ready to take on all tree crew tasks — climbing, chipper operation, ground clearing, and EWP work.

Vegetation experience is a bonus, but we also welcome transferable skills from agriculture, labouring, construction or any other hands on industry.

Skills & Qualifications:

White Card (Construction Safety)

HR or MR Truck Licence - Essential

Chainsaw and EWP licences

Cert II ESI, Cert III Arboriculture, First Aid

Chemcert
